Please read and understand the following information before you purchase.
1) Corporate Lunch Delivery (CLD) is delivered to your Company location. CLD is not available for delivery to residential and other commercial locations.
2) CLD is currently available for companies located in ZIP codes 75038, 75039 and 75063only. If you still place order for other ZIP Codes, we will not deliver and your money will be refunded. It will take up to 10 business days to refund.
3) Please click here if your company is located outside these delivery ZIP codes and would like us to deliver. We will notify you when we start service in your ZIP Code.
4) CLD is delivered by our restaurant partner between 11:30am and 12:30pm on business days only, Monday thru Friday. Not available on weekends and holidays.
5) Cut off time for placing order is 10:30am on the delivery day. Orders placed after cut off time may not be delivered the same day and your payment will be refunded.
6) You can place your order anytime after 1pm the day before and until 10:30am on the day you want delivery.
7) The restaurant will do their best to deliver between 11:30am and 12:30pm. However, the exact delivery time and window will depend on several factors and cannot be guaranteed.
8) You will receive a text message a few minutes before the delivery arrives at your delivery location.
9) The delivery vehicle/person will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes after they arrive at the delivery location. After that, the delivery cannot be guaranteed. Please make sure you are available at the delivery location to accept the delivery.
10) Restaurant may not deliver during inclement weather. It is also possible they may not deliver due to other unforeseen circumstances including traffic conditions, unable to find your company location easily within the delivery allotted time for your location before moving to the next delivery location etc. Your payment will be refunded if CLD is not delivered.
11) Please submit the information below including your company name and address where Corporate Lunch will be delivered. Please make sure you enter all the information including your name, email, phone number and company name and address correctly. We cannot guarantee delivery if any of the information is incorrect.
12) You will receive a purchase confirmation from support@snoball1.com. If you don't see it in your Inbox, please check your junk mail box folder. And please mark this email as safe so it will not go to junk folder in future.
13) If you don't receive purchase confirmation email, it is likely you entered incorrect email. Please contact us at support@snoball1.com. We will help you out.
