HOW IT WORKS

With Snoball, we all buy together and bring the price down for everyone. Everyone pays just 10% of the starting price (or $2 minimum) to place the order. The price gets cheaper as more and more people buy. Everyone pays the same lowest price when the sale ends. The balance is charged based on the final price.

For example: A TV regular price is $1,000. On Snoball, it goes on sale for 30 days. Starting price is $900. You just pay 10%, i.e., $90 and place your order. Lets say the price eventually dropped to $500 at the end of the sale. The balance amount of $410 is charged. Seller ships the TV to you.

How it works

Pay initial payment of $2 before sale ends. Balance amount is charged after sale ends depending on the number of tickets sold. Please refer to Pricing and How to Redeem tab above.

FINAL PRICE

Final price is whatever the price settled when the sale ends or when all the units have been sold out. This is what everyone will pay. You will get an email about the final price reached after the sale ends.

Current price is $18 

Note: Current price is based on the total units sold to date. Price will go down as more and more buyers start placing the order. Check this sale page regularly to see the current price dropping, and eventually reaching the lowest possible price offered by the seller, which is $16

BALANCE PAYMENT

Balance payment amount will be calculated after the sale ends and the price is finalized. Your initial payment will be deducted from the final price reached and the balance amount will be charged after the sale ends. We may send you an email about the balance payment before charging. 

Balance amount will be charged to the same credit card used to make the initial payment. Please make sure your credit card is in good standing and the other details (address, expiration date, CVV code) are still valid. If not, contact us by emailing at support@snoball1.com and provide the correct details of the credit card that works. We will ask you to provide some information (your full name, email, date of purchase, units purchased and purchase code) from your initial payment for verification purpose.

– If final price is $18, balance payment per ticket is $16

– If final price is $16, balance payment per ticket is $14

HOW TO REDEEM YOUR PURCHASE

You will receive a purchase confirmation email from support@snoball1.com after your initial payment. Save this email as it has important information needed to redeem your purchase (Purchase Item Description, your name, quantity purchased and purchase code). 

Simply show your email or provide your name exactly as you entered when making the purchase (and shown in the confirmation email) and the item (this sale item) you purchased. For additional verification, you may be asked to provide the last three characters (numbers and/or letters) of the Purchase ID listed in the purchase confirmation email and your ID (ex: Drivers License). The seller (event organizer or venue) will then dispense the tickets in the quantity you purchased upon successful verification.

You also need to provide this information to the event organizer when you call to select your seat(s) on your own in advance.

Make sure the receipt in the email contains the following Item Description exactly as shown:

Do not provide your email address or other contact information. The event will not ask you for your email address or other contact information. And you are not required to provide your email address or any other contact information.

You may get other notification emails from Snoball. They cannot be used to redeem your purchase. Only the Purchase Confirmation email with the Item Description stated above can be used to redeem your purchase.

Valid ONLY for the event described in the Product Info tab on the dates and times shown above.

Not valid at other times or for other events or items sold on Snoball.

REPORTING ISSUES

If there are any issues with redeeming your purchase with the event organizer or the venue (ex: your did not receive the ticket, event is cancelled or rescheduled etc.), report to us with in 7 days. We will contact the seller and withhold payment to the seller until this is resolved. You can report to us by emailing at support@snoball1.com and provide your purchase details. We will do our best to resolve any issues. We will refund your money if we cannot resolve the issue.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We at Snoball think differently. And do things differently.

We understand that things may come up at the last minute and you may decide to not attend the event however enticing it may be. We want to make it very easy and a worry-free purchase experience for you.

You can cancel your ticket for a full refund anytime before the event for any reason.

This is how we refund your payment:
– If you cancel before the sale end date and time, we will refund your initial payment in full, and will not the charge the balance amount.
– If you cancel after sale end date and the balance is charged but before the event, we will refund the full payment after the event and after verifying from the event organizer that you have not attended the event.
– We cannot refund if you do not cancel before the event, but also do not attend the event. You can however, contact the event organizer and request any refunds.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return and Exchange Policy on any sale item is as determined and provided by the seller. Snoball does not control or manage the return policy or the return and replacement of items. You must also read and understand the return policy provided by that seller for that sale item. 

IF EVENT IS CANCELLED OR RESCHEDULED

Event organizer will refund your purchase amount in full if the event is cancelled, or rescheduled and you are not able to attend.
