Job Description
You will use your excellent communication, presentation and persuasion skills, and understanding of consumer retail industry (one or more of these verticals: electronics, restaurants, automotive, travel, movies, concerts, furniture, appliance, home essentials etc.) to first establish relationship with and then sign up retailers/businesses in the geographic area (territory) you are responsible for (assigned). You will own and maintain retailer accounts. With support from internal sales, you will provide constant support to your retailer accounts to ensure highest customer satisfaction in the industry. You will grow retailers accounts by maintaining a constant pipeline.
In this role, you will also lead, train and support a team of three to six sales executives located across different locations. You will help conduct daily and weekly sales operations meetings with your team to track and grow sales. By working with your regional sales manager, and other sales managers and sales executives, you will help develop sales training material, techniques and best methods, and marketing collateral to be used across the company.
Responsibilities
-Aggressively pursue and present Snoball’s revolutionary concept and benefits to the owners/management at the retailers/businesses and their franchises in your assigned area in person, over phone, and email, online and other digital communication methods.
-Own the entire sales cycle: Prospecting and qualifying leads, presenting Snoball concept to the retailers/businesses management and closing sales.
-Own, track and provide support to your retailer accounts with help from internal sales.
-Meet and exceed retailer signup goals established for you.
-Maintain a constant pipeline of retailers in your assigned area.
-Lead, train and support a team of three to six sales executives.
-Develop sales training material, techniques and best methods, and marketing collateral.

Requirements
-5+ years sales experience selling software, digital and social media solutions, preferably to the consumer retailer industry (one or more of these verticals: electronics, restaurants, automotive, travel movies, concerts, furniture, appliance, home essentials etc.)
-Good understanding of the consumer retailer industry.
-Prior engagement and established relationships with the retailers in your assigned geographic area preferable.
-Proven track record of successfully closing sales and driving revenue.
-Excellent communication, presentation, inter-personal, and sales negotiation skills.
-Demonstrable team management and leadership skills.
-Self-motivated, self-driven and ambitious
-Bachelors degree

Working with the leadership team, you will use your experience and your established relationships in the consumer retailer industry (multiple verticals: electronics, restaurants, automotive, travel, movies, concerts, furniture, appliance, home essentials etc.) to develop and execute an aggressive business plan, recruit sales personnel as needed, drive efforts and expand to new metros and rapidly grow Snoball’s sales.

You will constantly engage with the management and C-Level execs at existing and potential customers to explore opportunities and grow retailers/businesses accounts. Working with your peers, your team and other sales managers, you will develop and fan out sales training material, techniques and best methods, and marketing collateral across the company. You will also work with product development and help refine and expand Snoball’s product offerings based on internal and customer feedback.

Responsibilities

Requirements
-5+ years sales experience selling software, digital and social media solutions, preferably to the consumer retailer industry (one or more of these verticals: electronics, restaurants, automotive, travel, movies, concerts, furniture, appliance, home essentials etc.).
-3+ years Experience in managing and leading sales operations and sales personnel across broad and multiple territories.
-In-depth understanding of the consumer retailer industry including sales, marketing, accounting and finance departments..
-Strong rolodex of owners, C-Level execs and management at retailers/franchise/businesses across multiple regions.
-Prior engagement and established relationships with the retailers/businesses across multiple regions.
-Proven track record of growing and driving sales revenue across multiple regions.
-Excellent communication, presentation, management and leadership skills.
-Self-motivated, self-driven and ambitious.
-Bachelors degree. Masters degree and/or MBA preferred.
