How Coupon Works
This coupon works like any gift card. For example you purchased $100 worth of food items on the menu. With sales tax (ex: 8.25% sales tax), your total bill is $108.25. Now you can purchase ten $10 coupons and one $5 coupon worth total $105 and pay towards your bill. And pay the remaining $3.25 by cash or credit card directly to the restaurant.
You can purchase as many $10 or $5 coupons as you wish and redeem them at the restaurant, all at once or at different times. However, you cannot split up (or break) a single coupon and use it at different times.
For example: If you bought five $10 coupons, you can use three coupons on your first visit, one coupon on your second visit, and the last remaining coupon on your third visit. However, you cannot use a single $10 and break it into $4 on your one visit, and the remaining $6 on your next visit.

How to Redeem
HOW TO REDEEM YOUR PURCHASE
You will receive a purchase confirmation email from Snoball One Inc. Simply provide the following information:
– Your name exactly as you entered during purchase and as shown in the confirmation email
– Item you purchased
– Date of purchase
– Quantity purchased
– Last three characters (numbers and/or letters) of the Purchase Transaction ID
Make sure the receipt in the email contains the following Product Description exactly as shown:
PRODUCT-ID Product Name – REDEEMABLE
Important
Do not provide your email address or other contact information to the store. The store will not ask you for your email address or other contact information. And you are not required to provide your email address or any other contact information.
VALID (REDEEM) PERIOD
Valid for three months from purchase date.

REPORTING ISSUES
If there are any issues with redeeming your purchase with the retailers (ex: your did not receive the item, received a damaged or wrong item, report to us with in 7 days. We will contact the retailer and withhold payment to the seller until this is resolved. You can report to us by emailing at support@snoball1.com and provide your purchase details. We will do our best to resolve any issues. We will refund your money if we cannot resolve the issue.
