How to Redeem
HOW TO REDEEM YOUR PURCHASE
You will receive a purchase confirmation email from Snoball One Inc. Simply provide your name exactly as you entered during purchase and as shown in the confirmation email and the item (this sale item) you purchased. For additional verification, the store may ask you to provide the last three characters (numbers and/or letters) of the Purchase ID listed in the confirmation email and/or your ID (ex: Drivers License). The store will then dispense the item in the quantity you purchased upon successful verification.
Make sure the receipt in the email contains the following Product Description exactly as shown:

REPORTING ISSUES
If there are any issues with redeeming your purchase with the retailers (ex: your did not receive the item, received a damaged or wrong item, report to us with in 7 days. We will do our best to resolve any issues. We will refund your money if we cannot resolve the issue.
