HOW TO REDEEM YOUR PURCHASE

You will receive a purchase confirmation email after your initial payment. Simply provide your name exactly as you entered when making the purchase and the item (this sale item) you purchased. For additional verification, the store may ask you to provide the last three characters (numbers and/or letters) of the Purchase ID listed in the purchase confirmation email. The store will then look up on their system to verify the purchase and confirm the quantity your purchased. They will dispense the item in the quantity you purchased.

REPORTING ISSUES

If there are any issues with redeeming your purchase with the retailers (ex: your did not receive the item, received a damaged or wrong item, report to us with in 7 days. We will do our best to resolve any issues. We will refund your money if we cannot resolve the issue.

You can buy as many units as you wish for you and your family. Simply show your purchase confirmation email or provide your email address for faster service. However, you must redeem all units purchased within a single purchase at the same time and cannot split and redeem on different days and at different times it would be difficult for the store to keep track of the units redeemed amid large crowd of customers.
